This hand-built porcelain rectangle platter carries the quiet medicine of lavender—calm, clarity, and gentle restoration.
 
Three pressed lavender stems rise softly from the porcelain surface, their royal purple blooms preserved in clay as a lasting imprint of summer. The form is intentionally minimal and organic, with delicately softened edges that feel light in the hands yet strong and durable in use.
 
Though refined and elegant, this piece is made to be lived with. It moves easily between ritual and daily life—equally at home holding jewelry on a vanity, soap and essentials by the bath, or shared food at the table.
 
Each platter is shaped by hand, pressed with real lavender, and finished with a food-safe, dishwasher-safe glaze. Subtle variations in surface and edge are part of its character, honoring the handmade process and the individuality of each piece.

CARE
Porcelain ceramic items are dishwasher safe, however, we recommend hand washing. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Some of the thinner pieces are more delicate, a feature that adds to their beauty. The more sturdy pieces do fine in the dishwasher, but hand washing the more delicate pieces is reommended. Unless noted otherwise, the stoneware and porcelain items are food-safe.
 
STORAGE
For storage, I suggest putting a paper towel or dish pads between dish sets to prevent scratching. If you desire stackable, standardized plates, I am happy to provide a quote for a commission that meets your needs.
